Appalachian State University iTunes U is a free, ASU-specific version of Apple's commercial iTunes Store.

iTunes U is used to host and distribute audio, video and PDF files to the campus community.

Content can be made available to the public, to the campus community, or to individuals in specific classes, and is downloadable using Apple's iTunes software.

Files on the site comes in a variety of formats, but most are AAC and MP3 or QuickTime movies.
